These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services of Chris Parker (Klippix), including our website at klippix.com and our Buyer Brief home-shortlist product. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Klippix provides done-for-you real estate campaign services. Our Buyer Brief product delivers a curated shortlist of three to ten homes — the size their agent chooses — to a homebuyer, each with listing details, at the request of the buyer's real estate agent. Klippix is a marketing and media service and does not act as a real estate broker or agent.
Acceptable Use
- You agree to provide accurate information when requesting our services.
- You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them by unauthorized means.
- Listing data shown in Buyer Briefs is provided for informational purposes; availability, pricing, and details should be confirmed with the listing agent.
SMS Terms
Klippix SMS program. When you provide your mobile number to your real estate agent in connection with a Klippix Buyer Brief, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Klippix, which may include a link to view your home shortlist and related follow-up messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies — typically a small number of messages per shortlist.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (206) 465-3851.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Intellectual Property
All content on klippix.com and in our Buyer Briefs — including videos, images, text, and branding — is the property of Klippix or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except that real estate agents may share Buyer Brief links with their clients in the ordinary course of business.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klippix disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
