SMS Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
When you provide your mobile number to your agent in connection with a Klippix Buyer Brief, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Klippix related to your home shortlist (for example, a link to view your shortlist). Message frequency varies — typically a small number of messages per shortlist. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help.
Your phone number is used only to deliver the services you requested and to share your shortlist activity with your real estate agent as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

- With your real estate agent, in connection with your home search.
- With service providers who help us operate our services (for example, our SMS delivery provider), bound by confidentiality obligations.
