Your brokerage’s brand. Your agents’ expertise.

Give clients a consistent, premium experience while keeping their agent at the center. Bring your brokerage’s identity into the homes clients review and the next steps they take.

  • Brokerage logo and colors — set in Brand Studio, applied to the client app, the brief intro and the client portal.
  • Agent identity and contact information — the agent’s name, brokerage and contact options lead every brief.
  • A consistent process — every client gets the same polished way of reviewing selected homes.
  • Organized buyer feedback and showing requests — visible to the agent in one dashboard.
  • Agent-by-agent rollout — onboarding options for individual agents, teams and the full roster.

Your brokerage and agent lead the experience. A small Klippix platform mark remains in the page header — clients always know whose brief it is, and which platform carries it. Sample identity shown: Oakwood Realty, a demonstration brokerage — not a Klippix customer.

Questions

What agents and brokerages ask before they start.

What is a Buyer Brief?

A focused shortlist of 3 to 10 homes your agent selects for you, presented one at a time in a branded experience. You review each home’s photos, facts and details, mark Pass, Like or Favorite, compare your favorites side by side, and request showings — while your agent sees your feedback and can guide the next step.

How does it help during a buyer consultation?

Instead of describing your process, you can show it: open a sample brief and walk a prospective client through exactly how you’ll present homes, gather their preferences and coordinate showings — under your brokerage’s brand, with you at the center.

How do buyers access their homes and feedback?

No app or password. Buyers sign in using the email or phone their agent has on file, or access their private brief through its link. Their shortlist, rankings and comments are saved to their profile, so they can pick up where they left off.

What can the agent see?

Every reaction, organized by client and brief: which homes a client passed, liked or favorited, the order they ranked their favorites in, the comments they wrote, and every showing request with the time they asked for. Nothing is guessed — if a client hasn’t engaged, the dashboard shows that too.

How does brokerage branding work?

Each agent sets their brokerage name, brand colors, logo and photo once in Brand Studio. That identity rides on every brief they publish — the client app, the brief intro and the client portal — and can be previewed live before saving. A small Klippix platform mark remains in the page header.

How do teams and brokerages get started?

With a demo conversation. We’ll look at how your agents present homes today, set up branding, and plan an agent-by-agent rollout. Every agent keeps their own workspace, and their clients and briefs stay owned by them.

Does Klippix replace our existing search or CRM tools?

No. Klippix covers one part of the workflow — presenting selected homes and organizing buyer decisions. Your agents keep searching listings and managing relationships the way they do today; the brief is where the shortlist and the client’s feedback live.

What are the subscription and cancellation terms?

Solo is $150 per month, month to month, and can be cancelled anytime. Team and brokerage arrangements are set up through the demo conversation. There are no per-brief fees.
